In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice.
After checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email within 2 hours. This email serves as your receipt and includes all critical order details. Please review the shipping address, product selections, and pricing carefully. We're not responsible for errors in orders resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout. For security purposes, we may request additional verification for high-value orders before processing.
Once an order enters our fulfillment system (typically within 1 hour of placement), modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. For swimwear collections with limited stock, we reserve full discretion to cancel orders if inventory becomes unavailable. In such cases, you'll be notified immediately and receive a full refund. We may also cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or violate our purchase limits.
All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable product taxes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. During promotional periods, we cannot combine multiple discount codes or apply retroactive discounts to previous purchases. Price adjustments are only offered within 24 hours of purchase if the item hasn't shipped.
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may extend to 7 business days. We partner with premium carriers for domestic (5-10 business days) and international (10-21 business days) deliveries. You'll receive tracking information once your package is scanned by the carrier. Note: Delivery estimates don't account for customs delays or weather disruptions.
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Final sale items (marked as such) aren't eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error. Refunds process within 14 business days after we receive and inspect returned merchandise. Swimwear hygiene liners must remain intact for returns to be accepted.
