During seasonal launches or high-demand periods (particularly summer collections), processing may extend up to 10 business days. Shipping durations begin when your package departs our fulfillment center. For domestic U.S. orders, standard delivery takes 8–15 business days. International shipments to Canada, Australia, and Europe require 12–25 business days, accounting for necessary customs clearance procedures. For those last-minute beach getaways or urgent vacation needs, our expedited service prioritizes your swimwear order in processing and utilizes premium carriers to accelerate delivery. This option is ideal when you need your fashion swim pieces promptly.
Expedited shipping applies to: (1) In-stock swimwear items (excluding pre-orders), (2) Orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days, and (3) Deliveries within the continental U.S. and major international metropolitan areas. During peak summer months, expedited service may experience temporary limitations due to carrier volume constraints.
Cross-border shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or import fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and won't be reflected in your original order total. Should a package be returned due to unpaid customs fees, a US$25 reprocessing fee will apply to cover administrative and reshipping expenses for your swimwear items.
To maintain quality control and timely deliveries, we currently cannot ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or remote locations without reliable carrier service. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address during checkout to ensure proper handling of your delicate swimwear packages.
